The first step is easy—just email me with your event details: the date, time, and venue. This helps me quickly check my availability. If I’m free, I’ll get back to you with a quote. I’m always happy to chat about your event and make sure we’re a great fit before we move forward.
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll confirm everything and lock in your date. At this stage, feel free to send me any additional details like a run sheet, program, or specific shots you have in mind. This helps me prepare for the day and ensures I capture everything that’s important to you.
As your event day approaches, I’ll check in to make sure everything is set and reassure you that I’m all good to go. I’ll confirm the details and let you know I’m looking forward to seeing you soon!
On the day of your event, I’ll arrive early to introduce myself, chat about any last-minute details, and check out the venue (if I haven’t already been there). This helps me feel prepared and ensures I’m ready to capture everything you need. I want to make sure I’m familiar with your space so I can focus on capturing the moments, not just the shots.
When it’s time for the event to start, I’ll be right there, interacting with your community and guests in a friendly, approachable way. I always aim to blend in, working quietly and unobtrusively when needed, especially during performances or assemblies. My goal is to be part of the atmosphere without interrupting the flow of your event.
Once your event is over, I’ll get to work selecting and editing the best shots. I know how exciting it is to relive those moments, so I offer a quickset delivery the next day between 8:30 and 9:30 am. This will be a selection of key images that you can share and post while everyone is still buzzing from your event.
Within 5 working days, you’ll receive the full set of professionally edited images via a Pixieset gallery. This beautiful online gallery allows you to view and download your photos, and it’s also perfect for sharing with your guests, attendees, and community.
Throughout the entire process, I’ll keep you updated and make sure you never have to worry about your photographer. You already have enough on your plate with your event—let me handle the photography and keep everything running smoothly. My commitment is to make sure you feel confident that I’m taking care of everything on my end.
Once you’ve had time to enjoy and review your photos, I’ll send over your invoice. But here’s the best part: you don’t pay a penny until you’re absolutely thrilled with your photos. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if you’re not happy with the photos, you don’t pay.
